Rosemary is Ngarabul woman from NSW, currently working as the Executive Manager of Policy and Consulting at Lowitja Institute. Rosemary has worked in Indigenous policy and program design across government, private sector and not-for-profit organisations for over two decades. Rosemary is heavily invested in and committed to contributing to the achievement of better health and welfare outcomes within my community and currently specialises in guiding and supporting effective Indigenous community engagement, program and policy design and implementation.
