HEAL2025 – Food, soil and water safety and security in a changing environment

Following a brief introduction to the theme of Food, Soil, and Water Security in a Changing Environment, this session will be split into 2 main sections. In the first section, the speakers will focus on challenges in the context of traditional foods and diets. In the second half, the focus is on the assessment and management of priority emerging chemical and microbiological contaminant challenges.
